Please note that foreign networks are not allowed to send e-mail using smtp.sierrasbest.net,  you must be connected VIA dial-up to send e-mail using our outgoing servers.  If you are using another provider for your internet connection i.e. AT&T DSL or Comcast then you must use that services outgoing email server.   You can always use the webmail at www.sierrasbest.net/mail on any network to send and receive e-mail.
